Requirements for this Job
You will be partnering with our clients, so great customer skills are an absolute must! You must have strong personal responsibility and integrity, and the ability to consistently deliver and follow through under pressure.

These positions require 50-75% travel primarily within the Montgomery County I-270 corridor or Frederick County/Washington County/Baltimore with office hours in the Frederick main office. *Reliable transportation is required. We reimburse mileage at standard rates.

You will need 5+ years of general IT experience with skills in the following:

• Firewalls & site-to-site VPN
• Complex Networking configuration and troubleshooting
• Project Engineering
• Communications
• Customer Service
• Time Management
• Project Planning & Management
• Deskside Support and Administration
• Server Administration

Prior MSP experience is strongly preferred.
Wishlist skills:

• Sophos & Sonicwall firewalls, VPN configuration, Site-to-site VPN (IPSEC & SSL) configurations
• Enterprise & Prosumer switches (HP, Cisco, Ubiquiti)
• Connectwise Automate (Labtech) or other RMM tool
• Network monitoring tools such as Auvik
• Technical documentation

• Salary for this position is $65k to $95k depending on qualifications and experience
